Add the ability to add quests to the Daily Tracker.

The quests that have daily limits:

Strength and Chivalry
Playing Cat and Mouse
Antiquarian Troubles

other quests with daily limits:

Baker and the Merrymaker (5/day)
Here Today, Gone Golonzo (2/day)

there are probably more but i haven't progressed in story past the dytroit belt

Perhaps a Maniac battle tracker for the rotation summons as well, since those basically are dailies? I notice that Primarch battles can be tracked but it seems like Diablo/Corow/Sagi/etc aren't.
