BikeWatch: Violation Detection & Penalty Estimation

Description BikeWatch is a web application that analyzes images from cloud storage to identify the number of riders and check for helmet usage. If violations are detected, it captures the number plate, retrieves user details, calculates the penalty, and sends an email notification to the users.

Motivation Ensuring the continuous accuracy and reliability of our models is crucial for maintaining the quality of our service. By monitoring performance metrics and alerting administrators of significant changes, we can promptly address issues and maintain model integrity.

Key Metrics to Monitor Accuracy Precision Recall F1-score AUC-ROC RMSE MAE

Expected Outcome A robust system to track and visualize model performance. Immediate alerts to administrators when performance degrades beyond acceptable thresholds. Historical performance data for analysis and improvement.
