Fine tuning OCR extraction📝[Docs]: #223

What Docs changes are you proposing? I propose the following documentation changes for the recent enhancements in OCR fine-tuning. Firstly, corrections and clarifications are needed to fix typographical errors and improve the clarity of steps for using the new OCR fine-tuning methods. Additionally, I suggest adding a detailed section that explains the processes of image denoising and dividing images into parts. This section should include a step-by-step tutorial with practical examples. Lastly, best practice guidelines for optimizing OCR accuracy should be provided
