Feature Description

kaggle dataset link : https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/computingvictor/monthly-trends-in-stack-overflow-questions

This dataset on Kaggle contains how many questions have been asked from different programming languages per month since 2008 to the present year. it can be used to get more insights about the field or language and type of questions that can be asked in stacked overflow

i will also create a timeline visualization which can be helpful to get more insights from 2008-2024.

i will also predict in future which language will dominate the questionnaire at stack overflow using LSTM and small webapp.

Use Case

Trend Analysis: This project allows users to analyze the popularity trends of different programming languages over time on Stack Overflow. By examining historical data from 2008 to 2024, users can identify which languages have gained or lost popularity.

Predictive Insights: Using LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) models, the project predicts which programming languages will dominate Stack Overflow questions in the future. This can help developers, educators, and businesses make informed decisions about which languages to focus on.

Benefits

Data-Driven Decision Making: Provides valuable insights based on historical data, allowing stakeholders to make informed decisions about technology adoption, learning, and development priorities.

Visual Insights: The timeline visualization helps users quickly understand trends and patterns in programming language popularity, making the data more accessible and easier to interpret.
