events page dosent have scroll up button

allow me to add the scroll up bottom over the events page with some major css and js changes please assign me this issue under gssoc extd 24, hactoberfest , level 2 if you can please sir @sanjay-kv

with the given deployment link the event page dosen't have scroll up button but when i opened the repo in my system with vs code and opened the events.html there was already a scroll up button available what should i do then @sanjay-kv
