[fix] add Login Section and Dark Mode Button on Events and Blogs Pages #1073

Description

This PR closes issue #1069, adding the Login Section to the Navigation Menu both for PC and Mobile versions of the website on the Events and Blogs Pages of the website, this is to maintain consistency with the rest of the Pages on the website that all have these features.

@sanjay-kv This issue has been solved along with another issue that I've been working one all in one PR #1066. Is there a way to split them so that there is one PR for each issue/commit?
