Describe the Error

The "Back to Top" button is supposed to scroll the page smoothly to the top when clicked, but instead, it jumps or scrolls abruptly without the smooth transition effect. This can be due to missing or incorrect implementation of smooth scrolling behaviour, often caused by CSS or JavaScript issues.

Expected behavior

The expected behaviour for the "Back to Top" button is to smoothly scroll the page to the top when clicked, providing a seamless transition rather than an abrupt jump. This creates a more user-friendly and visually pleasing experience.
