Describe the bug

The home page isnt responsive and needs work.

Requested Changes:

• Add a Hamburger Menu
• Add Responsiveness to Whole Page

Expected behavior

The Home page should be responsive and compatible for all devices

Add ScreenShots

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
