Feature Description

Develop a Pothole Detector using computer vision and deep learning techniques. The feature aims to automatically detect potholes on road surfaces from images captured by cameras mounted on vehicles or drones. This solution can help authorities identify and prioritize road maintenance tasks more efficiently.

Use Case

The Pothole Detector could be used by municipal authorities to automate road condition monitoring. For instance, a drone equipped with a camera could capture road image, and the Pothole Detector could analyze the image to identify potholes in real time. This information can then be relayed to maintenance teams to prioritize repairs based on the severity and frequency of potholes.
