This PR attempts to resolve the persistent runtime errors we're seeing on the staging server since the upgrade to Astro 4.10.

Adds an .nvmrc file to force the Node version on Netlify to v20 LTS.
Upgrades all libraries that have changed since last week (most importantly the Supabase SDK, Astro, the Astro Netlify adapter, and TypeScript).
