Revert to Supabase auth-helpers-shared

This PR reverts the server-side (SSR) auth mechanism from the new @supabase/ssr package to the @supabase/auth-helpers-shared package. (The new SSR package is the recommended one now, but the customer has reported login issues. Therefore, this PR reverts back to the last version of @supabase/auth-helpers-shared we had deployed in production, which was version 0.3.4).

My recommendation:

We test with this branch wether reverting to auth-helpers-shared resolves the issue.
If so, I'd recommend upgrading to the latest published version, @supabase/auth-helpers-shared@0.7.0 (published April 2024) and testing again.
We report our findings to Supabase, so they can potentially look into possible bugs in @supabase/ssr.
