This thread will be handled here, till a better place is found. There is some guidance to battery replacement here: https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/365189/How+do+I+change+the+battery+in+a+recon+HUD+ski+goggle#answer726739 Follow that tips and what is said here as your own responsibility. It seems that the recommended option is a Lithium Polymer LP-103040 1200 mAh Approximate dimensions: 4 x 2.5 x 0.3 inches 10.16 mm x 6.35 mm x 0.762 mm Any feedback appreciated here.

I have tested the new battery at my home and I get a good solid 7.5 hours will still about 25-30% left. Temperature was high (around 4 or 7 degrees), but my previous battery was also with those temperatures a disaster. Next week I am in the mountains, can't wait to see how the goggle will perform in actual snowboard activity with the replacement.
