Consider making a point of the fact this isn't a "free" license #3

While I don't personally buy into not causing harm to others as an infringement of a right, most of the fsf criticism this license is receiving is that it's misleading and not open source. Worth considering if that's ok or not.

Yeah probably worth looking at - the same concern was raised at the NoHarm license: https://github.com/raisely/NoHarm/pull/27

The term incompatible makes me cringe. I understand it to mean that an incompatible license has to additionally be adheared to when distributing the code.

I think the incompatibility here is exactly what we're looking for.
