Update clients.md #31

Added 2 clients that use reconciliation services. They both require user accounts by invitation only. Please remove them if they are not appropriate for this list.

I am not sure my 2 clients are appropriate for this census because they both require user accounts by invitation only.

Note: in the call today we mentioned that those services aren't publicly accessible, but we were of the opinion that this is not a requirement for implementations to be listed there: our goal is to get a sense of the adoption of the protocol out there (be it in open source / proprietary, open / closed access, and so on).
