Practical for VBD #2

Hi Thibaut

Finally, this is my PR for the practical which includes 2017-12-04-practical-vbd and mosquito.png files. I have made changes on the other files only to be able to run them from my local computer, but please ignore those if maybe I messed with them.

I hope to do finish the lecture tomorrow. Thx

Done! I merged manually and made just a couple of tweaks:

new tags (not Rmarkdown)
category: lectures -> practicals
higher res image for mosquitoe

Smashing work! The practical looks awesome :)
