re-render ebola response to address #32 #33

This puts a bandage on the issue where the math wasn't rendering properly on the ebola practical.... but this has opened up a pandoc-ra box of problems. Not the least it appears that:

pandoc tries to render equations in unicode and then falls back to mathjax
there is something weird about the mathjax rendering with the equations that were leftover. They look really wonky and I can't for the live of me figure out why.
