change default for compare_data #71

Change default to diff_only = TRUE in the printing of print.data_comparison. The function is most useful for large datasets, but the default printing for these can be prohibitively verbose. Also check that this behaviour is documented in the vignette / README as well as the function doc.

Fun fact: no one has updated the README or vignette for a loooooong time. Will nail down the documentation soon.
