adding script to create data/clean if needed #29

This adds a simple script to all factories to add a data/clean folder if it does not exist. This will work also if data/ does not exist, in which case it creates data and data/clean

@amygimma Adding you as reviewer for this as @ffinger may not be around / available. This should fix a reported bug on copying files to a non-existent folder. Workaround is to add a script creating the folder if it does not exist, so that we don't need to change all reports.
