Algorithms to get working on Colab (if possible)

[ ] SNE (n*n, why bother, really?)
[ ] tSNE (n*n, why bother, really?)
[ ] BH-SNE (n log n) just use sklearn.manifold.TSNE, scikit-learn's default is BH
[ ] HSNE (n log n)
