  This pull request includes various changes to improve the Sweep Issue template, README.md file, github_issue_listener.py, and sweep_issue_creator.py.

Summary

• Updated the .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/sweep-template.yml file to include new mapping rules and filtering criteria.
• Fixed a typo in the README.md file.
• Added guidelines for identifying and reporting issues in the README.md file.
• Modified the listen_for_github_issue_events function in github_issue_listener.py to search for bugs, features, refactors, and tests and create Sweep issues for them.
• Updated the create_sweep_issue function in sweep_issue_creator.py to apply mapping rules and return the response as JSON.
