Add a loading animation #4

The EC2 pricing data takes a while to load. To keep the user busy, we may show a loading animation such as a spinner?

I'm open to new ideas.

Hey, think I have a solution for this, pretty simple spinning preloader with a bit of text explaining the delay when first landing on the page.

Lemme know if that works!

EDIT: ah, I do need access to push to this repo though 😞

@Meegan You can (and should) fork this repository and make a pull request! However, since there are two PR candidates for this issue, I will not recommend to send a PR for this.

@Rud15, I appreciate your work, but please note that this issue already had someone interested and working, please do not duplicate your efforts.
