Single newlines should turn into line breaks #218

I posted a signature "Happy programming!\nDave", but when it gets rendered by the markdown parser (both in email and on the site) it is rendered as "Happy programming! Dave." This is frustrating and confusing.

We used to do the "correct" thing here, but it was reverted due to this issue, which seemed worse: https://github.com/hackerschool/community/issues/180

I'm going to get rid of the "bug" label here, because it's intentional behavior at the moment, and add "enhancement".

If we want to support this, we need some way to support the "hard wrapping from email" story as well.
