Set up AWS accounts #1

Need to share data via S3 and RDS

[ ] Identify whether it is best to open new AWS account or use current
[ ] Create credentials for @ohgodscience (and @ssoi if using new account)

I can use my current AWS account and give you admin in my S3 bucket, does this work?

I have an AWS account too, but I am looking into seeing whether it makes sense to just have a third account (say, recursion-recursion) and give access to our respective accounts.

Let me know what you decide and I'll upload the data and create an RDS instance.
