DEPRECATED: The quality_profiles element under custom_formats nodes was detected in your config. This has been renamed to assign_scores_to.

Thank you for the pull request! I appreciate the time and effort. The comment alignment will be left as is as I feel it's less ambiguous about how many character spaces need to be removed. Rather than re-do this one, I'll close this PR and address this in an update I'll be doing later.
