Some things worth noting:
The stemplot was a proposed feature for UnicodePlots.jl and was never merged. From what i can tell the PR was written in an older form of Julia (version 0.6?) and is not compatible with Julia v1.0+. The original can be found here: https://github.com/alexhallam/Stemplot.jl
I originally started out with the stemplot code, but did some big rewrites to attempt to make things a little bit more ruby-like.
I have added support for String stemplots which are not included in the original. I have not found any literature of doing this, but it seemed like a nice idea that can be used to display frequency of word/spelling usage.
The main function determines single or dual(back-to-back) stemplot and String/Numeric based on the given arguments.
Examples and documentation have been included, plus unit-tests.
