Do not include obsolete parameters in the cmdlet doc #43

This PR stops outputting obsolete parameters in the cmdlet docs. This may want putting behind a switch, but works as is.

I'm happy for us to not bother with a switch. Hiding obsolete parameters by default seems like a good idea. If there's demand, or this is a problematic regression for any users, we could introduce a switch to include obsolete parameters.

I've checked, and yes we only want to remove the parameter doc from the parameter set doc, not the other copy of the parameter doc. I'll change that now.
