Tweak the RHODS installation steps to fix spacing #6

Tried to follow the https://github.com/red-hat-data-services/distributed-workloads/blob/main/rhods-installation.md steps, but there were some issues with spacing. Going to try to clean that up as well as maybe a little more guidance for a friendly handoff to the regular CodeFlare quick-start demo steps.
