Add Cleanup Instructions to RHODS Install Steps #9

https://github.com/red-hat-data-services/distributed-workloads/blob/main/rhods-installation.md has install info, but it's been requested to put in cleanup steps as well in-case someone needs to install and un-install multiple times.
