It may be better to recommend using some popular UI ZIP tool like 7-Zip.
We try not to recommend tools that we don't support in our official documentation.
Then I am not sure what to recommend for unzipping. Default windows unzip in File Explorer won't work with jdk11+ in typical scenario, because Mission Control contains files with overly long paths. And I don't think we support any unzipping tools for Windows.
Alright, maybe we should check some other Red Hat Windows docs to see what they say. This is my first set of Windows docs :)
