Closed loop automation of BZ1967576: [RGW-MS][Versioning]: Deleting an object [with version-id null] from one site, does not delete the object from the other site

  1. Provided single site/Multisite support for AWS framework
  2. Implementation of BZ: 1967576, Polarian: CEPH-83576431
