Test lc rules reverse transition #539

This PR automates testing of lc reverse transiton. the rules are of

  1. transition to cold after 4 days
  2. transition to glacier after 10 days
  3. transition back to cold after 16 days

@hmaheswa , Reuest to reduce the days interval for reverse transition rule from 16 days to a lesser number say 4 days.

@viduship each rule validation sleeps for 5 days overall, so kept 6 days gap between each rule please review again
