Test data sync init feature for multiple buckets resharded to 1999 shards

  1. [tier-3][automation][CEPH-83575300]: Automate the data sync init feature
  2. [tier-3][automation][CEPH-83575303]: Test when multiple buckets are resharded to 1999 shards

Logs

  1. http://magna002.ceph.redhat.com/ceph-qe-logs/vidushi/594/pr_594_test_data_sync_init_remote_zone_1 this has failed with slow sync since we are full syncing 4 buckets all resharded to 1999 shards and having 2K objects each (this fails with the current sync _status logic of 1500 seconds, so is expected to fail with slow sync.) (workaround is to increase the sync status retries)

  2. Passed log after making above changes mentioned in log 1 http://magna002.ceph.redhat.com/cephci-jenkins/pr_594_test_data_sync_init_remote_zone_1
