Enh - Extend Readme with NFS howto #44

Hey Everyone,

The install walkthrough works great! Only thing I'm missing now is how to finish by getting NFS to work.

I'm using the docker method which seems a bit different that rpm deployment. Can the readme be amended to include these instructions?

ceph-ansible has a role for nfs, but it's ganesha > radosgw, not ganesha to cephfs AFAIK. What is is that you're actually trying to do with NFS?

At this point just try it out in a lab setting. I took some time to look through the ceph-ansible docs and in nfss.yml there seems like an option #nfs_file_gw: false. Not sure if this is a usable feature as you've mentioned.

Is there a guide on getting started and trying the known working feature? :)
