Test case is failing - re-run the test and determine whether this is a product bug ( open a bz) or a test bug ( submit a pr with a fix)

Since this issue was open - the test has passed on 3 different plaftorms ( ODF 4.14 and ODF 4.15) , therefore closing it. No fixes are needed.
