ppc64le image not found for debian #9942

Hi ,

we do not have ppc46le package in buster - https://deb.debian.org/debian/dists/buster/main/

earlier version bullseye have the ppc version of the package: https://deb.debian.org/debian/dists/bullseye/main/

Kindly update.
