Draft documentation for steps 1-11 in the Overview section.

The content in the ocs4 module gets a bit out of hand, making it hard to know which images are still in use... how about we start a new module for DR? So instead of putting your images & pages into training/modules/ocs4 you put them into training/modules/dr. (This will not affect the website in any way)
