Output text file with inventory file options/values #38

In addition to outputting the inventory file options for CNS 3.9 or OCP 3.9 to the terminal, create a text file and save in the working directory.

Suggested format for naming of text file: CNS 3.9: cns-inventory-file-ddmmyy (or mmddyy?) OCS 3.10: ocs-inventory-file-ddmmyy (or mmddyy?)
