write .manifest files for ISOs #42

When we generate an ISO, we should create a .manifest file for it so we can easily browse the contents, similar to what Distill/Pungi does.

More metadata files = this may have to wait until we can make bigger changes to the output files layout (putting compose content in sub-directories)
