Looping validation performance warning for Vulkan.

Description

Window opens as white for a brief second, then turns black as it cycles through opening script_body.bin for a couple minutes, and after that, the window turns gray as it loops through aforementioned VK warning. I ran this for a good five or so minutes, and it just did nothing but that, so I forcibly closed the window.

With every hack toggled, its behavior doesn't seem to be any different. I'm still letting it run for a bit, in case it gets... somewhere... I guess, but it doesn't seem terribly willing to work. Window occasionally changed between gray / black in this process, now that I let it run longer this time, since my last test didn't go for very long.
