UPDATE:

Game now boots using -h DEPTH_DISABLE_HACK -h MEMORY_BOUND_HACK, VERY LAGGY, 1 fps for me so it's pretty hard to get in game.

NEW UPDATE:

Game goes to the menu but this error appears: Forcing submitDone to avoid TRC R4089 breach It's very hard to get into the menu so I suggest having a good pc with a dedicated gpu
