Description

Intro begins at 50 FPS, with no sound, cant skip intro with Joy button.

After Main MEnu, you can start the game with X Button and then your stuck on a screen with as police car at 12 FPS (I think it freezes here)

Hacks don't change any result

Hello I got to "in play" With Enable COMPUTE_DISABLE_HACK Enable IMAGE_TEST_HACK Enable SKIP_UNKNOW_TILING When the video starts to improve FPS press the Pause button and the X button of the gamepad (Microsoft for me). When the video is finished do not do "Continue" Do "Quit" and do "No" and Start the game. DARK I'll let Gandalfthewhite19890404 judge if it's in-game or playable.
