Massively improve syntax highlighting #53

Hello I speak regex

New features

syntax highlighting for ref! literals
numbers and pairs are now highlighted in paths and refinements
more builtins are now highlighted
proper syntax highlighting for raw-string! literals
binary literals can now be multiline and support comments

Bug fixes

fixed typos in syntax highlighting rule names
' and other special characters in words are now properly highlighted
decimal value in time! literals is now highlighted
characters are now properly highlighted
