[WISH] format .red document #7

Would be nice to have something that formats .red files according to the style-guide in https://doc.red-lang.org/en/style-guide.html.

I've been using Beautify for html/css/js https://github.com/HookyQR/VSCodeBeautify

(Python has PEP8, javascript has jsLint)
