The attached (somewhat clumsy) patch adds functionality to gvoice to allow 
numbers to be enabled or disabled from the command line.  The number to be 
modified can be given as any unique substring; e.g. gvoice enable 1234 will 
enable 800-555-1234 if that's unique.  The search uses the unformatted number 
so you should use something like +18005551234 for full specification.
