Introduction of R5StreamModule to the library
- Allows for streams to be maintained decoupled from views
- Ease in re-render of layout while keep streams alive
Backward-compatibility for R5VideoView Native Component
- Allows for integration and use of both the Native Module (R5StreamModule) and Native Component (R5VideoView)

Note

Proper detach/attach behaviour for iOS requires an SDK update greater than 5.2.1
