[x] Bullets doenst spawn has it was supposed to.

Know how to handle with Boss Character
Edited
TopDownCharacter
to print debug messages when shooting. Why? To know the vector location to use for the Boss to run to that spot.
How to add the Location
to the boss? Just Edit the
Ai_Terrorist_Boss
variable
BossGZ
, and change it to a location of your choice.
