add Polish wordlist #131

I am currently working on similar app for creating passwords (I wanted to learn Python), but aimed for GUI. I created a Polish wordlist using Jerzy Kazojć's Open Lexemes Dictionary (licensed under GPL, but author haven't specified what type of GPL) and thought you would be happy to have it.

My understanding is that including GPL-licensed files in a BSD-licensed project us not possible. If I misunderstand, or if there exists a BSD-compatible worldlist I would be more than happy to include it
