Hey! Thanks for the PR! Could you provide some information about the origins of this file? Where did you get it from? Did you do any post-processing? ;)

The Czech wordlist is from here. It's distributed with the GNU/GPL license. I removed numbers, offensive words, repeating words, and names.

Thanks for the PR! AFAIK including GPL-licensed files in a BSD-licensed project is not permissable without relicensing the entire project as GPL. If there's a BSD-compatible Czech worldlist I would be more than happy to include it
