Talkback: interacting with the status-bar ( Clock, Wifi, Signal) #319

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Touch the top of the screen
2. Try to navigate through the items
3. Cannot navigate from one item to another (Notifications > Wifi > Signal > 
Clock)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I need the ability to navigate the status-bar, so that i can chose what I want 
to know.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Talkback 3.5 b3 on Android 4.2.2.

Please provide any additional information below.

Due to the implementation of accessibility APIs within the status bar, this is 
not currently feasible.  We'll revisit status bar accessibility in the future.
