In stock clock (Android 5.0/5.0.1) TB does not work as expected. #414

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open clock -> go to alarm and try to set a new or modify an existing alarm.
2. When a circle is shown, try to choose a right time.
3Try to set a chosen alarm...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output is behaveour as in android 4.4 or before release of TB 4. But 
now TB is speaking (19, 19, 19,) or other number when I touch a circle to set 
alarm.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using TB 4.0.2 on Android 5.0.1.
Please provide any additional information below.

Best behaveour could be as in android 4.2 (before circle design). it means as 
same as in timer, where numpad is drawn.

same problem exist in Google Calendar.

p.s. This ticket covers also #410, which describes behaviour on only on Nexus 
5, but this ticket (#414) refferes on general Android.
